We tried to talk with our users in an informal tone, in order to have a relaxed chat as friends, and invite the users to create a common goal in their lives.

We usedĀ Lean UxĀ to receive feedback as soon as it was possible. We took the brand elements and didĀ researchĀ on the previous version of the app to understand the evolution of the business gains and lossesĀ along the years. With this, we merged the current offers of the market with the concerns of the users to give a good product.
