Flink wanted to create the investment environment to reach of everyone in Mexico, democratize and provide of different types investments, no matter the experience of the users in this world.(Isn’t the same put in risk and learn with 1.00 usd than 100,000 usd).

The Mexican market has a different options of digital products to invest in multiple instruments, everything of these are complex to understand for the rookie users, have commissions , bad experience and the users only can invest in one instrument (single product).
The challenges 🚀
· Define our user personas. · Give to everyone in Mexico the possibility of invest in different actives without frictions (easy access and use,"self learn"). · Strategy to create invest ecosystem. · Define the features and sections in the app (priority features, MVP’s).

Goals 🏆
Flink invest ecosystem: easy and familiar to use for our users (Flinkers rookies and ninjas of the investments) in the same digital product (App).
Enchiridion Design System: everything builded and connected to it, reduces the time to create, update, change and develop new features or components, it improved the performance of the different areas (product and develop mainly).
Processes: together we defined different processes between areas to give a boost to deliver new or updates of features releases (better quality and fast development).
Data: track and analice the behavior of our Flinkers with or products to define next updates or new features.
