Implementation of the global Banking app 🌎
HSBC global bank delivered their new design system, ready to use in the different countries where the bank is operating. The Bank wanted to unify their apps from different countries.
The problems 🚨
The bank in Mexico had an old application which had different features for their customers, but customers had to face difficult experiences when they tried to use them.

Approach 💠
I was in a multidisciplinary global design team. Together we worked on different topics such as: similar or base workflows in different countries and contributed to new native global components.
Hands -on 🤝
Build and test the specific flows of the Mexican market and share those with the global design team to use this as a base for similar features in other countries.

To deliver the app, we needed to do research and do the benchmarks with the different options in Mexico, to try to give a good experience to the users of the mobile bank.
