I worked with the stakeholders to find the solution that they needed for their customers. FGS is a fashion brand with a good rhythm of growth in Mexico. Their main customers are the shops around Mexico and some cities in the USA.

The problems 🚨

The brand produced different new models constantly and they needed to show those with their customers around Mexico or even in some cities in the USA, as well as the complete details of their new models because they were the main value of the brand.

Opportunities 📍

We created an artifact to show those models faster. With it we could increase the exposition of the products and avoid a lot of store visits. One day we worked to update the catalogue and to show it, after that, the customers could do a new request of those.

The customers had the new models with the specifications that the brand released quickly in each collection.

The private catalogue for their clients was updated only in one day (time used for the photo shooting, edition and uploading models) after delivering the new models in the market, the exposition of those had a great increment.
